A lot of us ladies try very hard to have the perfect skin, perfect body,and great hair, but we actually don't know how to take good care of our body,yes we might have the best product🥰🌸

🌸Wash your face twice a day, with a cleanser, gently masaage it in a circular motion,make sure you don't scrub or over Wash it.
🌸Use a toner, and apply a moisturizer that's right for your skin.
🌸 Exfoliate your skin,with a face scrub, depending on how many times you use it every week, don't scrub too hard, it may damage your skin.
🌸Try to exercise daily, it might seem difficult or seem like alot of work but it doesn't have to be too intense, shower after you workout.
🌸Limit your time in the sun,going outside is good, but staying too long in the sun can lead to aging or irritation.
🌸 Don't always rely on makeup wipes to clean your skin, they are not very effective and can lead to breakouts in your skin.
🌸Avoid touching your face,or allowing people touch your face.
🌸Always remove your makeup, before going to sleep,wear less makeup, especially when it comes to face products that can break out your pores.
🌸What you eat doesn't just affect you on the inside, it can also affect your skin when trying to clear your skin try to stay easy from greasy fast food and sugary drinks, soda or frizzy drinks.Drink water instead it's better.
